Ingredients:
-Mangos (slightly firm/soft like an avacado)
-Red Onion (yellow/sweet onion ok)
-Roma Tomatoes
-yellow pepper
-Cilantro
-Splash of lime juice
-Salt and pepper to taste
1)Cut the mango in 3 parts and cube pieces as shown in the little sketch below.
2) Eat as many of the cubes as possible without anyone else noticing. Put the rest into a medium sized bowl.
